Steve and his crew were fantastic. They arrived right on time (actually 15 minutes early). He and his foreman walked through the property with me to review the work to be done. They got going right away and had all the right equipment to do the full job. I noticed right away how safety conscience his team was when climbing trees. When trimming the trees they consistently checked with me on which limbs should be removed and if any others needed to be removed. They did a thorough cleanup and were a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Steve and his crew.

Steve (a licensed Arborist) arrived on time, did a thorough assessment of the property & provided us with a written 1-line drawing of the project proposal along with a written quote. After we did the same walk through with 2 other vendors, we selected Traditional Trees – their price was better than one of the other bidders but the professionalism demonstrated by Steve surpassed all the others. The Traditional Tree Service team arrived on time and did the work as promised. The clean-up was excellent and we would certainly recommend them to others and of course, use their services again.

They did such a good job you wouldn’t even have known they were there except for the missing trees. Steve even had them grind down the stumps which I hadn’t expected. Such a pleasant surprise. I couldn’t be happier. Throughout the day the team behaved in a friendly and professional manner, and their expertise at doing their respective jobs and working as a team was obvious. They were well-organized and tackled even the biggest branches in a safe-enough manner that I had no fear of anything damaging the house. Steve kept the beautiful vines on a huge oak on the front of the house and trimmed them to save the tree and the vines, at our request. At one point it turned out that I had estimated the property line incorrectly and Steve had marked some trees and shrubs on the neighbor’s property for trimming and cutting. They talked to the neighbor and when he told them he didn’t want the stuff cut, Steve adjusted the job, and the price, downward to compensate. At the end we ended up paying exactly the estimated amount, minus the stuff he didn’t cut at the neighbors’ place. And it seemed like a bargain. After Traditional left we were thrilled with the open yet still well-shaded look of our property. It was a huge difference, and visitors who saw the place beforehand never fail to say how much of an improvement the trimming made. In sum, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Traditional to anyone who has a big trimming/cutting job like ours. They were awesome.

Their crew showed up at 8:30 and began work at 9 am. They were able to remove trees and bushes and ground the stumps by 2:30 pm the same day. They were professional and the quality of work was exceptional. They brought me around to see the work when it was completed and I was really pleased. Their clean-up was great, too! They had to take down my fence but they put everything back the way it was before. I would DEFINITELY recommend Traditional Tree Inc.

The work was great. They arrived with several trucks and a good size crew. They had the branches which were the size of a tree trunk, were removed, carted away and the small stuff put through a chipper. My yard was then cleaned up by the remaining crew. Very professional group.

Steve walked the property first with us, then alone, and gave us a sketch showing each tree that he saw needed some work and the work needed. His crew was able to work on our trees within a few days of our initial call. They worked like a well oiled machine and were able to complete the job in a couple of hours, leaving our trees and property looking great. We would definitely hire Traditional Tree service again.

They were very prompt with providing an estimate and getting the job done quickly. I was very pleased with the price and the professionalism. They did a great job and cleaned up really nicely. Another big truck came by with a giant claw machine that picked up the big, heavy, trunk pieces. It was actually quite fun to watch. So, a little entertainment thrown in for free! I’ll definitely call next time I need tree work done again.

Two dead trees in our garden needed to be cut. A complicated job because one of the trees was very tall. They both stood on a hill, surrounded by a lot of other trees and bushes that were likely to be affected by the cutting. Steve’s team did an excellent job. Those trees came down without making any damage to the other plants. Wood pieces ended up exactly where predicted. He and his colleague Donna were reliable and pleasant. They returned all our calls and performed the work just as promised. I wish there was a way to communicate with the company via e-mail or text messenger in addition to the existing telephone line. Overall, we can fully recommend Traditional Tree for jobs like ours.
